• Early morning breakfast on board will set you up for the fantastic day ahead at the Temple of Edfu. Located on the west bank of the Nile, the Temple of Edfu was built in honor of Horus by the Ptolemaic Dynasty in 57 BC and is by far the most well-preserved of all the ancient Egyptian temples.
• You'll be picked up by a horse-drawn carriage and your tour guide will explain all the details of the temple you'll be visiting.
• You'll be back on board and take a leisurely cruise to Kom Ombo, where a delicious lunch can be enjoyed as you take in the beautiful vistas along the Nile River.
• The late afternoon stop at Kom Ombo will be a cultural highlight. The temple was built during the reign of the Ptolemaic Dynasty, and its twin design honors both the crocodile god Sobek and the falcon god Horus.
• Your tour guide will take you through the architectural wonders of this historic site, with its court, offering chamber, vestibule, and reliefs.
• You'll board the ship again and dinner will be served. The ship will then proceed on the sailing to Aswan, which is often regarded as the most beautiful city of the Nile
