Saint Catherine's Monastery is an Eastern Orthodox monastery located at the foot of Mount Sinai in the Sinai Peninsula, Egypt. It is one of the oldest continuously operating Christian monasteries in the world, and it is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
About 10:00 p.m., our representative will be at your accommodation in Sharm El-Shiekh to pick you up.
Within about 3 hours, the vehicle will reach St. Catherine.
Upon arrival, you will start your day tour by climbing Moses Mountain at about 2:00 a.m., which will end at 7:00 a.m.
The second visit will be to St. Catherine Monastery, which is a stunning display of beauty and faith. It is the oldest continually operating monastery in the world, built in the late 5th century. It is a unique combination of Eastern Orthodox and Roman Catholic faith and culture, as it has been declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO.
Then you will have the opportunity to enjoy the sunset from atop Moses' Mountain.
The desert cruiser will pick you up from the village and bring you back to your accommodation.
Drive to Dahab for some leisure and the possibility of doing some shopping in the local market.
Drive back to your accommodation in Sharm El-Shiekh.
