Journey through Egypt’s most iconic ancient wonders on this full-day private tour to the legendary Giza Pyramids and the mysterious Saqqara Necropolis. Stand in awe before the Great Pyramid of Khufu, the last surviving wonder of the ancient world, and marvel at the enigmatic Sphinx guarding the Giza Plateau. Then, venture to Saqqara – Egypt’s oldest burial ground – where you’ll explore the revolutionary Step Pyramid of Djoser, the world’s first stone monument, and descend into richly decorated noble tombs filled with vivid hieroglyphs.
After breakfast, you will be met by our tour guide to pick you up from your accommodation.
Your first stop will be at one of the Seven Wonders of the World, and they are truly awe-inspiring. The Great Pyramid of Giza is the largest pyramid in the world, and it is estimated to have taken over 20 years to build. The pyramids are also surrounded by the Sphinx, a mysterious creature with the body of a lion and the head of a human.
Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant while enjoying the panoramic view of the Pyramids.
Then you will head to your second sightseeing destination, which is Saqqara, the necropolis of Memphis, the ancient capital of Egypt. It is home to many pyramids, including the Step Pyramid of Djoser, which is considered to be the first pyramid ever built. The Step Pyramid is made up of six mastabas, or stepped tombs, stacked on top of each other.
Later, you will be transferred back to your accommodations.

This was absolutely the highlight of my trip to Egypt. From the moment we were picked up from the hotel, everything was smooth and on time. Our guide, Ahmed, was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly he made ancient history feel alive.
The Pyramids of Giza were breathtaking. I never imagined they’d be that massive in person. We even went inside the Pyramid of Khafre (optional ticket), which was a surreal experience.
Saqqara was less crowded but equally fascinating, especially the Step Pyramid of Djoser. I appreciated that our guide explained the transition from step pyramids to smooth ones.

Seeing the pyramids was a lifelong dream for me, and this tour made it come true. I honestly teared up when I first saw them rising in the distance.
The energy at the Giza Plateau is something you can’t describe it must be felt. I loved how our guide explained the myths and facts about each pyramid.
Saqqara was equally moving in a different way. It’s quieter, more spiritual. The artwork inside the tombs is stunning, so well preserved.
Thank you for making this experience unforgettable. I will remember this day for the rest of my life.

Solid tour. Everything was well organized and the guide knew his stuff. Loved the Giza pyramids, took amazing pics on the camel ride.
Saqqara was cool too fewer tourists, really old tombs. Lunch was tasty and local. Great value for money. Would book again.

We did this tour with our two kids (ages 9 and 13) and they LOVED it. The guide was fantastic with children and kept them engaged with fun facts and questions.
The Giza site was exciting camels, giant stones, and lots of stories from ancient times. At Saqqara, our son was fascinated by the hieroglyphs inside the tombs.
They also gave us time to rest and included a nice lunch break with vegetarian options (big win for us). Highly recommend for families traveling to Egypt.

I joined this tour as a solo traveler and it was a great way to meet others while learning about ancient Egypt. The transportation was clean and air-conditioned, which made the summer heat more bearable.
Giza was mind-blowing. Standing in front of the Great Pyramid was surreal. Our guide gave interesting insights that helped me appreciate the engineering and history even more.
Saqqara was a quieter experience but very rich in history. I liked the contrast between the two sites. I felt safe and cared for the whole time. A good choice for solo explorers.

This tour exceeded my expectations in terms of historical content. I studied Egyptology at university, and the guide was clearly someone with real expertise. He explained architectural details and symbolism I had not heard before.
The step pyramid at Saqqara is often overlooked but it is incredibly important in the history of pyramids. We also saw some tombs with wall carvings still showing original colors.
At Giza, I appreciated the balance of guiding and free time. It gave me space to take notes and photos. A great tour for history enthusiasts.

I was looking for an affordable day trip and this one offered a good deal for what was included. Transportation, a professional guide, and lunch were all part of the price.
The sites themselves were incredible. I didn’t pay extra to enter the pyramid interiors, but I still enjoyed the views and photo opportunities.
Lunch was decent and the guide was patient and informative. If you’re on a budget but want to see something unforgettable, this is a smart choice.
