The ship will then proceed on the sailing to Edfu . • In the afternoon, the cruise will reach Edfu , where, located on the west bank of the Nile , the Temple of Edfu was built in honor of Horus by the Ptolemaic dynasty in 57 BC and is by far the most well- preserved of all the ancient Egyptian temples. • You'll be picked up by a horse- drawn carriage and your tour guide will explain all the details of the temple you'll be visiting. • After taking in the beauty and stunning details of the Temple , you'll be back on board and take a leisurely cruise to Esna , where a delicious dinner can be enjoyed as you take in the beautiful vistas along the Nile River .
