Itinerary

• Upon arrival at Aswan Airport, our representative will be waiting to transfer you to the Nile Cruise where you will be able to quickly check-in. • Lunch will be served on the cruise, and then the tour guide will pick you up for an afternoon visit to one of the city's major highlights, the High Dam. Built in the 1960s on the Nile River, the dam increases agricultural production and protects the country from floods. After admiring this marvel of engineering, you will have the chance to cross the Nile to visit Philae Temple. This ancient complex is filled with ancient structures and monuments dedicated to gods like Isis and Hathor, and this is the ideal place to try and understand aspects of ancient Egyptian civilization. • Once your visit to the temple is over, you will be back onboard to enjoy a delicious dinner and stay for the night. This is the perfect opportunity to rest and get ready for the upcoming days.

• After breakfast, the cruise will start, and the sailing to Kom Ombo will be a cultural highlight. The temple was built during the reign of the Ptolemaic Dynasty, and its twin design honors both the crocodile god Sobek and the falcon god Horus. • Your tour guide will take you through the architectural wonders of this historic site, with its court offering chambers, vestibules, and reliefs. • After the temple tour, you'll board the ship again, and lunch will be served. The ship will then proceed on the voyage to Edfu. • In the afternoon, the cruise will reach Edfu, located on the west bank of the Nile. The Temple of Edfu was built in honor of Horus by the Ptolemaic dynasty in 57 BC and is by far the most well preserved of all the ancient Egyptian temples. • You'll be picked up by a horse-drawn carriage, and your tour guide will explain all the details of the temple you'll be visiting. • After taking in the beauty and stunning details of the temple, you'll be back on board and take a leisurely cruise to Esna, where a delicious dinner can be enjoyed as you take in the beautiful vistas along the Nile River.

• After breakfast, the tour guide will pick you up and take you to the Western Bank, with its fascinating sights and histories. • Here, you will have a guided tour of the Valley of the Kings (three tombs included), which dates to the 16th and 11th centuries BC and is the site of some of Tutankhamun’s treasures. • You will also visit the Hatshepsut temple, which was built by Pharaoh Hatshepsut in the 15th century BC and was dedicated to the sun god Amun. Finally, your tour brings you to the Colossi of Memnon, a pair of towering statues that marked the entrance to Amenhotep III’s mortuary temple. • After your tour, you will be taken back to the Nile Cruise while lunch is served. Enjoy some leisure on the cruise or even by hanging out in the streets and markets. • Dinner will be served on board and overnight.

• After breakfast on board, our representative will be there to manage the check-out. • The tour guide will pick you up for an amazing visit to the magnificent Karnak Temple, which is an ancient Egyptian complex of temples and other structures at Thebes, regarded as the greatest example of Pharaonic architecture in Egypt and a beloved tourist attraction. • Then you will visit Luxor Temple, which was built by Pharaoh Amenhotep III and Ramses II and contains many monuments and unique representations of ancient Egyptian gods. • After the visit, you will have a transfer to your chosen destination.
